- My shipment arrived later than expected. Whom should I contact?

Please drop us an e-mail at customservice@loyald.com and mark the e-mail SHIPPING DELAY and we will respond within half a working day.

 

- My shipment arrived damaged. Whom should I contact and will there be a replacement?

LD: we value your business and apologize for any inconvenience caused. If your order was damaged in transit we will work with the courier company on the cause and then do everything we can do to find a quick solution.My shipment was missing an item(s).

 

- What should I do?

LD: Sometimes, we may split the products delivery based on availability and hence there may be a slight delay in arrival of all items in your order. We will mention this in the delivery confirmation e-mail.

 

- Do you delivery internationally?
